• We collect only the data we need to run the Service and connect opportunities with investors.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• We share your information with potential investors or partners only in line with your application and, where required, with your consent.
• You have clear rights over your data, and clear ways to exercise them.
• We use equal-prominence choices and do not use deceptive design ("dark patterns") to obtain consent.

• Application data. When you apply as a company, investor, delegate or sponsor: your name, organisation, email, country, sector, funding requirement or investment mandate, project description, and any information you choose to include.
• Account data, if you create an account: email and authentication details.
• Communications. Messages you send us and our correspondence with you.
• Technical data. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics such as pages visited and device or browser type, to keep the Service secure and working.

• To process your application and connect you with relevant investors, companies or partners, and to run the forum and its matchmaking. Lawful basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)), and your consent where applicable (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To communicate with you about the forum, opportunities and events. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for marketing emails, consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To secure and improve the Service. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• To comply with law. Lawful basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

• Investors, companies and partners, for the purpose of the introductions and matchmaking you have asked us to make.
• Service providers who help us run the Service, for example hosting and form or email tools, under contract and only as needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

Because we connect parties across Africa, Europe and beyond, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, so that your data remains protected.

We keep application and account data for as long as needed to provide the Service and pursue the opportunities you applied for, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@noworries.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

We use only essential and privacy-respecting analytics cookies needed to run and secure the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, but we design our controls to recognised good practice.

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new last updated date.
